PAYMENTS
We accept VISA, Mastercard, and Discover. We also accept cashiers checks or US money orders. Sorry, no personal checks! If paying with cashiers check or Money Order, please make payable to Jennifer Miller and mail to address above. Orders will not be shipped until payment has cleared.
Virginia residents will be charged 5% sales tax.

SHIPPING
Please allow 3-5 business days processing time from date of order. Remember that all candles are made fresh to order. Please contact us if you have a special order that requires faster processing. Shipping charges are calculated after all items have been boxed and weighed. We ship USPS mail or UPS Ground, whichever best meets your needs and is most cost efficient. Shipping is limited to the United States and Canada. Orders will be paid in full prior to shipping. Local pickup of items can be arranged with us. Just choose "local pickup" in the shipping options section.
If your items arrive damaged, it is your responsibility to contact the shipping company (ups or usps) and file a claim. Please contact me and let me know what was damaged and what action you took. Blue Ridge Candle Co. will not be responsible for any items damaged during shipment.
